Une petite question concernant les références… comme je n’ai jamais fait ça en France je ne me rends pas vraiment compte… quelle est la règle ?
Peut on mettre plusieurs personnes de la même boite en référence ? Le best est-il de mettre une référence par boite ?
Par exemple :
je suis dans ma boite depuis 1 an et demie. avant ce job, j’étais dans une agence pendant 6 mois, puis une autre agence pendant 6 mois. (dans mon métier il est normal de changer régulièrement).
Je comptais mettre :
- 2 personnes de mon agence actuelle
- 2 personnes de l’agence juste avant
J’ai pas trop envie de prendre contact avec d’anciens collègues susceptibles d’être appelés en anglais pour leur parler de moi
Mais s’il le faut vraiment, alors… Qu’en pense-tu ?
Est ce que les références sont obligatoires?
Au RU c’est la même chose. Il faut mettre deux personnes en référence. C’est pas obligatoire mais c’est très mal vue de ne pas en mettre. Je te conseille de mettre des gens de différentes sociétés ou un prof et un collègue si t’as peu d’expérience ou que le prof en question est chercheur dans le domaine donnée etc.
En bref, 2 personnes de 2 entreprises différentes. Faut demander leur accord avant bien sûr.
